Automatic packaging machine starting from film in rolls

Complete and extremely versatile machine thanks to the possibility of choosing among different types of packaging:

  • in vacuum
  • in vacuum (brick-shaped)
  • in atmosphere
  • upon request, with injection of inert gas

Sturdy and solid machine. Basic machine ready to pack one format (to be chosen among 125 g, 250 g, 500 g, 1 kg, 2 kg). Possibility of adding other formats using supplementary forming – filling tubes and accessories.

  • Weighing system with 4 vibrating channels
  • The welding elements guarantee a perfect and uniform seal
  • Machine complete with transport-belt for evacuation of packaged bags
  • Machine functions programmed and controlled by PLC with TOUCH–ON screen.
  • Remote assistance

Fields of use: • food • chemical • pharmaceutical

TECHNICAL FEATURES

PRODUCTION:  It changes according to the type of product and the type of packaging:
20-30 bags/min. for packaging in vacuum;
> 30 bags/min. for packaging in atmosphere

INSTALLED POWER: 6 kW -3PH+N+GR – 400V

The machine is made of Bosch aluminium sections and AISI 304 steel for parts in contact with product.
